The patisserie creates and serves French-style baked goods. The owner of „Cuki Cuki” (in English: the „Cutie Pie” Patisserie) asked for an easy-going, Provance-inspired interior design. In accordance with typical French styling, I decided to go with a characteristic wallpaper to be able to frame the different spaces with an integrated feel. The service counter and cooling counters are positioned centrally, in the focus of the space. The positioning is further enhanced by the lighting. The veneering of the counter is made with cherry and maple boards, resembling to the layers of an actual cake. The shapes, materials and colours of the mobile furniture pieces are also contributing to the harmonious feel of the space.
